How much does Praxis AI cost for a university?+
Pricing is per active student, from $740 MXN per year on the Enterprise plan (501+ students), $940 on Professional (51–500) and $1,175 on Starter (up to 50). There is no implementation or infrastructure cost.
Does it require installation or university servers?+
No. Praxis AI is 100% web-based (SaaS). Students log in from any browser, with nothing to install and no servers for IT to provision.
Does it work as evidence for accreditation?+
Yes. Every session is logged with its transcript, the OSCE/CanMEDS evaluation rubric and the score achieved. The coordinator can export everything to CSV as documented evidence of performance by student and by cohort.
Can we try it before signing up?+
Yes. You can try the free demo with one patient from each specialty at no cost or commitment, and request an extended institutional trial for your faculty.
Can we create our own clinical cases?+
Yes. From the Professional plan, teachers can create their own virtual patients with the Case Builder: you describe the case and the AI generates the clinical history, the personality and even the patient’s photograph. They remain available only to your institution.
How is it invoiced?+
We issue a Mexican institutional invoice (CFDI). Payment can be by transfer, deposit or card. For institutions outside Mexico we accept international wire transfer.
